Today is a good day… Vacation starts today! We could not be more excited to get away for a few days. Don’t tell our husbands… but usually before heading out of town, we like to pick up a few new things to take along. We can’t be the only ones! Without fail, Nordstrom is always our first (and usually only) stop.

As soon as we saw this easy to wear embroidered shift dress, we knew it had to be in our suitcase for Scottsdale. We love the light blue paired with the pop of neon embroidery, and this embroidered shift dress is also available in three other colors – some of which are not quite as bright. And, you guys, how amazing are these fringe earrings?! They add the perfect touch to this summer look!

Because we don’t plan on doing much in Scottsdale besides relaxing, we are trying to bring just the essentials for the pool and dinners out! Think swimsuits, cover-ups and sandals with a few summery dresses! A few other items we picked up before our trip: This blue and white striped tote bag, a pair of neutral heels that are only $68 and this darling one-piece swimsuit with a very flattering print!
