Well, here we are with one last maternity post! Looking back at these pictures is a little bittersweet. I am so happy to have William here with us, but at the same time I kind of miss that baby bump! Now that I am getting back into my pre-pregnancy clothes, it makes me that much more excited to start a new “mom” wardrobe. Shopping has never been so much fun, now that I can actually wear non-maternity and see my feet. 🙂 I have always been drawn to more feminine pieces and would rather splurge on dresses than everyday basics. But, I have a feeling with my new role I will be building out an everyday wardrobe of basic pieces that can mix and match- and that don’t have to be dry cleaned!
Now that we are settled at home, I am so excited to share William’s nursery with you next week, and his newborn pictures along with his birth story shortly after that! Sorry for the delay, but life with a newborn is definitely an adjustment and a little bit of a challenge to my planning nature. This guy is already growing like crazy (one pound in a week) and I have a feeling we don’t have much of the newborn stage left. I am trying to soak up every minute the best I can. As always, thanks for following along!
