Summer is right around the corner, and it’s time to start getting our bodies in bikini (or one-piece!) shape! We’ve been taking classes at Flywheel for quite some time now, but over the Holidays we definitely got out of the habit of working out. We’ve slowly been increasing the number of classes per week we have been taking, and we are so excited to take on a major challenge starting Monday, April 20th!
The Flywheel Challenge is a great way to jump start your bikini bod for Summer. There are a few different challenges available:
1) Flywheel Challenge- 4 Spin Classes per week x 4 weeks (16 classes)
2) Flybarre Challenge- 4 Barre Classes per week x 4 weeks (16 classes)
3) Flyplus Challenge- 3 Spin Classes and 3 Barre Classes per week x 4 weeks (24 classes)
Each challenge includes: early booking privileges, exclusive nutrition plans, dedicated instructor and nutritional coach, and workshops to help you become more efficient on bike or mat!
