This weekend marked the third of four spring birthdays in our family! We had a great weekend celebrating with family & food. The weather was beautiful and we spent most of our time outside enjoying it. On Saturday night we grilled out & on Sunday we prepared brunch at home, trying recipes we haven’t made before. We whipped up some homemade biscuits & cream gravy, and served those alongside lemon ricotta pancakes with fresh blueberries and strawberries. We had a great time making them both and put a lot of kitchen appliances and utensils into play! In the end, everything came out at the same time and was delicious. Brunch by the pool along with fresh grapefruit mimosas – what better way to end a birthday weekend?!
