Since we won’t be together for Thanksgiving this year, we had a family get together last Sunday. It included football (of course), good food and we tried our hand at sabering a champagne bottle! While we were visiting Schramsberg in Napa Valley, we learned how to saber a bottle of champagne. They no longer do this on tours, but our guide walked us through how to do it when we got home.
