sunglasses: Love these grey glitter sunnies that are under $40
r45 skincare: This three-stage retinol treatment has been sold out- we’re hoping they’ll restock for public access
hanky panky thong: We always love getting a deal on our fave panties and so many colors available
nars lipgloss set: Each of these colors is perfect for summer
mini crossbody bag: Such a perfect size for a crossbody and it comes in three colors
tweed purse: This bag is giving us all the Chanel vibes
cropped jeans: Definitely wearing these boot cut crop jeans with booties all fall and winter
engravable cuff bracelet: This is such a great gift- for someone you love or for yourself
oversized sweater: This one is under $50 and available in three colors- we may be getting all of them!
ugg slippers: We snagged these in navy and the natural color- fingers crossed they’re restocked today
pink workout pants: These will get us to the gym or at least to the grocery store 😉
cream pullover: This one is so cozy, it will be on repeat as soon as the temps cool off a bit
floral pajamas: Never too many pajamas!
eye shadow palette: Such a great selection of colors for any look
rose gold nikes: We have all the heart eyes for these sneakers
candle set: A favorite fragranced candle selection in such a great size
leather booties: We all agree these are the the perfect color to wear with everything this fall and winter- so pretty!

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Early Access: What We Bought

It’s here! The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is officially here. We had the opportunity to shop the sale earlier this week and wanted to share what we purchased from the sale with you guys!

We usually stick to buying the same type of things each year. A few beauty products, jeans, work out clothes, a trend item or two and some sweaters! Here are a few things worth shopping and more on what we bought!

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019

Beauty

R45 skincare: We have been using the Glo Pro for years and were excited to see the R45 skin care system available to try during the sale. Jean is excited to see the results!
Nars lipgloss set: At $40, this is a steal!
Trish McEvoy Skincare set: If you are looking for new skincare products, this is a great way to get a whole skincare routine. We saw it in-store and were tempted, we just have enough skincare products right now!

Clothing

Jeans: Frame is always a favorite and so are these AG jeans. Stia is so happy to be able to wear jeans again, she may buy them all!
Sweaters: We loved this oversized striped sweater and this oversized oatmeal color sweater.
Skirt: Snakeskin and leopard are everywhere for Fall, so we couldn’t help but buy this snakeskin midi skirt!

Loungewear/Work Out

Zella: Katherine always finds the best workout wear during the Sale and Zella is always in her purchases. This year we love this dusty rose color – in the pants, tank and super soft jacket!
Loungewear: This Topshop lounge set is so soft. It comes in blue, too!

Shoes

Boots: These black booties are a great staple for any closet.
Running shoes: We love these rose gold Nikes, but you can find so many great running shoes on sale during the sale!
Uggs: It’s finally time to replace our slippers and Uggs are on sale!

Accessories

Sunglasses: Saw these Ray-Bans in the catalog and couldn’t resist!
Gold hoop earrings: These Kendra Scott hoops are a great everyday style.

Hey you guys, it’s August! Is that a little crazy to anyone else? July was a fun filled month- despite the awfully, very hot temps in Dallas. We spent the first half of July in London and Portugal, so we escaped some of the record heat. Our trip was so much fun! We loved being back in London after two years. We will be sharing more soon!

The beaches of the Algarve were so beautiful and we had the best time beach hopping (more on that part of our trip Monday). When we got back to Dallas it was time to focus on the home renovation and that’s basically what we’ve been doing for the last two weeks. Really… That’s all we’ve been doing!
