Happy Wednesday! This week is flying by… again! We had the absolute best time this past weekend. We had a road trip to La Cantera Resort and Spa and did some serious relaxing. Look for our review of our stay on Friday’s post!

We can’t seem to drink enough coffee this week! Between working on content, a few appointments (nails, hair and the dentist), a teething baby and an event this evening, it seems like coffee is the only thing getting us through. That and a fun getaway we have planned for this weekend! It’s starting to feel a little more like fall with the cooler weather, visits to the pumpkin patch and the fact it’s already October!

After yesterday, it really feels like fall in Dallas! We jumped right on the fall bandwagon, making chili, picking up pumpkins and starting to get our houses ready for fall decor. We were inspired to try a new chili recipe that we found on Pinterest. It’s called The Best Chili on Earth and it was delicious! It makes a lot, so it’s perfect for when you have friends over for football or on Halloween.
