New York is always a good idea. During Fashion Week, we had less than 48 hours in the city, so we made the most of our time. The moment we landed, we headed to our hotel, quickly changed and made our way to an afternoon full of meetings. It was our first time staying at Le Parker Meridien, the sister hotel of Parker Palm Springs, which we visited a few years ago. The views from the hotel are stunning and we loved how close it was to Central Park. That night, we finished up meetings and a little shopping in Soho and decided to try our luck at ABC Kitchen. The wait was long, but it was so worth it. Our recommendations include: roast carrot and avocado salad, akaushi cheeseburger and the mint chocolate sorbet. A glass of rose for Jean also hit the spot after a long day of travel and meetings!

Sunday morning started bright and early with a coffee meeting at Birch, brunch back at ABC Kitchen (we are a little obsessed), another meeting and then back to Chelsea for the rewardStyle party. With our day slowing down after the party, we headed back to our hotel, changed into more comfortable shoes and walked around Central Park before enjoying a long leisurely dinner.
