When you have a toddler, simplicity is key. But simple doesn’t have to be boring, and this off the shoulder dress that can go from day to night, is both simple and definitely not boring!

One of our favorite ways to spend an afternoon is taking William out to lunch with us and then usually doing a little window shopping. This dress is perfect for that kind of day. This isn’t a color that any of us gravitates towards usually, but we loved this vibrant red. And, this off the shoulder stays off the shoulder! Isn’t annoying when you’re wearing an off the shoulder top or dress and the whole time you’re wearing it you have to keep pulling it off your shoulder? Throw a busy toddler into the mix and it’s just a nightmare.

And another plus? This dress transitions to a date night look in the blink of an eye. Stia just added a pair of mules instead of sandals and a pretty crossbody bag instead of her diaper bag. A pair of statement earrings to add some glam and she’s good to go!

PS: This dress is washable! And it has pockets. Amazing.
