A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of being guests at the Polish Dallas Luncheon. We’ve heard so much about this organization that offers an opportunity for young professional women to gather and connect with other women to encourage each other in their career and faith. Kat Armstrong is one of the co-founders – and also the creative mind behind Baby Bow Tie! The guest speaker on this day was Jeannette Chivvis, Good Morning Texas’ Frugal Fashionista. She shared her testimony about her family’s journey to adoption of their precious son Isaiah, and looking back seeing how God was with her every step of the way. She also shared some fun Frugal Fashionista information – her Fashionality Theory. She states that if you find your Fashionality you’ll be able to edit and add to your wardrobe more easily and successfully. There are six Fashionalities: Classic, Natural, Trendy, Romantic, Dramatic, and Creative. We determined that Stia is a Classic, Jean is a mix of Classic & Trendy, and Katherine is Natural & Trendy. It was a fun exercise and had everyone engaged. If you are in the Dallas area we recommend checking out Polish Dallas, or Polish North Dallas. It was a great way to spend our lunch hour!
