For our special get-togethers we love to make a signature cocktail.  We usually try to feature some ingredients that are in season and, as you may know, anything involving bubbly is always welcome.  This champagne cocktail is the perfect combination of simplicity and elegance, while also being festive and seasonal.  Pour a little bubbly into your glass, add some pomegranate seeds, garnish with a sprig of rosemary, and voilà!  What could be easier?  And who doesn’t need that at this time of year?!
