Double Chocolate Chipotle Cookies:
You may not know this, but Katherine cannot get enough spice. Siracha sauce is her spice of choice at the moment. We think that she probably drinks siracha from the bottle! She hasn’t been caught actually doing it, but we wouldn’t be surprised. Her favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe is for Double Chocolate Chipotle cookies. They are chocolatey, fudgy goodness with a smoky, spicy kick at the end. Of course, if Katherine makes them for herself, she tosses in some extra chipotle chili powder! So different and so good!

Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with Sea Salt:
Stia’s taste almost always leans toward anything classic, but also almost always with a twist. Her favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe is for Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with Sea Salt. These are classic chocolate chip with a very yummy twist – brown butter. The brown butter makes these cookies light & crispy around the edges, while staying chewy inside with a mild caramel-like flavor. The sea salt on the top is icing on the cake! Delicious!

Espresso Chocolate Shortbread Cookies:
Jean’s idea of breakfast is a latte with anything sweet alongside, preferably chocolate chip cookies. These Espresso Chocolate Shortbread Cookies give her the coffee flavor and chocolate chips in one bite! They are crispy, but soft and light with chunks of chocolate throughout the hint of coffee flavor in the cookie. Yum! This recipe also has a great trick for rolling out sticky cookie dough – put it in a gallon size freezer bag and roll away with no worries about the dough sticking to your rolling pin. Genius!
Cheers,
