On a trip to France a few years ago, we came across such an easy summer appetizer, radishes and butter. We were reminded of it recently and decided to share with you guys. It’s not only easy, but also so pretty and light– perfect for summer entertaining! We found colorful Easter radishes at Whole Foods, and picked up some peonies in the most beautiful pink. Add a French baguette, sea salt and unsalted butter, and you have your appetizer. Just dip your radish in the soft butter, then in the salt and enjoy! Simple, fresh and delicious. Besides the traditional sea salt, we also used pink Himalayan sea salt for some added color and a little twist.
