Happy Wednesday! Thankfully the short week kicks off today and we couldn’t be more excited for Thanksgiving. It is finally starting to feel like the holiday season is here. The weather is crisper, the best sales of the year are starting to happen (save up to 25% off here), and we are getting ready to start decorating for Christmas, but only after Thanksgiving of course! The weather has been perfect in Dallas the past few days. The mornings and evenings have a hint of crisp fall weather, but the afternoons are just beautiful! One of our favorite pieces for this time of year is a no-fuss dress that can be worn sans tights during nice days, but that also looks great with tall boots, tights and a leather jacket. This snakeskin print tie neck dress has been on heavy rotation and now it’s on major sale – only $99!

The muted snakeskin print makes this dress work appropriate, but also fun enough for a night out. One of our favorite details? The tie neck. Keeping on trend with the tie neck dress, we also love this printed version with grey suede booties, a blush pink tie neck dress and classic black and white. Now that the weather is starting to cool down, we are loving pulling out some favorites from last year. These over the knee boots have been one of the better buys we’ve made, at under $300! It’s always nice to see that something you bought last year is still on trend, and they have been a great closet staple. In fact, we loved wearing them so much last year that we opted to splurge on another pair of over the knee boots this year. This time choosing a flat instead of a heel, and a light grey color that goes with everything. Plus, it will be easier for Stia to wear them as she nears the end of pregnancy, and while she takes care of a newborn!

On another note, you know how much we love fall floral, and this fluted sleeve top fits the bill with a great print and a pop of blush pink. It’s lightweight, making it a great piece to wear while the weather is still nice and not freezing cold yet! This is another Topshop find and fits true to size. Katherine is wearing a size small. We know we can always count on Topshop for adding trendy pieces to our wardrobe at a reasonable price. We love this red plaid shirt (perfect for the upcoming holidays), this sweater dress would be adorable with over the knee boots and we are obsessed with these studded booties.
