As promised, here is another recipe from our Twist on Thanksgiving dinner menu. We think this Pumpkin Bourbon Cheesecake is the perfect thing for a fall or winter dessert. And, as our guys say, “anything with Bourbon in it just has to be good!”. Besides being delicious and so pretty, another thing this recipe has going for it is that it can be made two days ahead of time. As far as we’re concerned that’s always a bonus!
