You know how you feel when you find the perfect fall dress? This midi dress (currently 25% off!) was that for me when I found it at Shoshanna earlier in September. I was looking for a beautiful dress to wear to New York Fashion Week events, but these days my requirements for an outfit are pretty long and make it hard to find the right thing. If you remember, William was with us in New York, so everything I wore had to be nursing friendly. Which adds a whole new element to finding something pretty to wear. Plus, I knew we would be in and out of taxis, so it needed to be wrinkle free and something that I could still wear when I needed to swap out heels for flats. This navy and black dress (on sale here!) is a similar silhouette and just as beautiful!

The last time I felt like I found the perfect dress was for my baby shower last year. This white lace dress is still an all-time favorite dress and the best part is it fit me when I was pregnant and I can still wear it now!
