One of things that I love to do is exercise. My routine varies from a barre workout, to Flywheel or working out at home with Justin. I also love to get home from work, put on my running shoes and go for a long walk or a short run.

Having a new pair of running shoes makes me really want to put them on and get outside. Plus, it’s hard to not be outside with this cooler weather! I love these new KangaROOS that Payless has brought back. They come in so many fun, bright colors and the little pocket that they have is so cute and functional. All I have to do is lock the door, tuck my key in the KangaROOS pocket and off I go!
