Dallas is so beautiful this time of year. We want to spend all of our time outside and so does William. There are so many things to do with a toddler in Dallas this Spring so we’ve started to check some off our list. Our first stop was Klyde Warren Park. Klyde Warren Park is such a unique park. It sits over the highway, with views of downtown Dallas, food trucks everywhere, fine dining, a children’s playground and a dog park. There are fun fountains for the kids to play in and run through. It’s a kid’s paradise and fun for us too!
We spent the afternoon wandering, letting William play in the fountains and the playground and then, since it was a warm day, we stopped for Steel City Pops. I’ve been pretty strict on William’s sugar intake (he hasn’t had any since he had a bite of his birthday cake), but it was so hot in Dallas, that I had to let him try it. You guys, he was hooked and kept wanting more bites. He ended up covered in strawberry popsicle, but happy as he could be. We’re looking forward to doing more things in Dallas now that the weather is beautiful and William is toddling around!
