Happy Wednesday! It’s way to hard to think that we are already well into January. Once again, we didn’t make any New Year’s resolutions, but one thing that we always go back to is being present. We’ve made a conscious effort to put our phones down and enjoy the moment. It’s been super refreshing! Another thing on our list of things to get back into the habit of working out. Katherine is so good about getting to barre classes before or after work, but Stia and Jean haven’t found the time to work out in a while (besides strolling and chasing William around!). Has anyone done an at home yoga workout before? That’s what we’re thinking about starting to do while William is napping or when he goes down for the night. Also, all of you doing Whole30 have us thinking we may try it soon, too! A month of no sugar or carbs sounds like the reset we need. But it will have to wait until after February; a trip to Vegas and Whole30 just don’t mix

Happy Wednesday! This week has been super busy so far. Between a few appointments, getting ready for our Draper James event tomorrow night (invitation details here), finishing up Christmas shopping and planning William’s First Birthday party it has been non-stop.
