What an awesome week it has been. We love being back in California. The weather has been beautiful and we have absolutely loved spending time with our extended family. It’s back to “home sweet home” in Dallas tonight, but this trip was one for the books and we can’t wait to share more with you!

Happy Tuesday! This gingham dress has quickly become a favorite summer dress. Gingham has always reminded us of warm weather, so it was a no brainer when we first saw this dress at Ann Taylor earlier this Spring. It is so versatile. From a baby shower, to a casual date night with flats or worn to dinner at Zero George Cafe on our recent Charleston trip, this dress can be worn anywhere and everywhere. Happy Wednesday! Can you believe it’s the first day of June? Summer is here- yay! Tomorrow we are headed to San Diego for vacation. Most of our extended family lives in the area, so we are excited to see all of them and introduce them to William. We will be staying in La Jolla and plan on spending a lot of time relaxing at the beach… it’s supposed to be in the 80’s!

Madewell: 20% off sale items w/code META20- love these slides in summery hues, this lace jumpsuit can go practically anywhere (and it’s under $100) and fringed shorts in a great shade of blue
Anthropologie: New to sale and free shipping, no minimum- we love anything navy and this lace top is no exception, floral leggings in the prettiest pastels and a peplum top is always a good idea
