When we were in New York for Fashion Week, we had the opportunity to attend the Hunter Bell presentation. We adored everything featured and Hunter, herself! When the new collection hit the stores, we knew we needed to get our hands on one of her beautiful pieces.

This little white dress is the perfect amount of elegance, but also playful with the swing skirt. It makes the perfect dress to twirl in! Other notable standouts in Hunter’s latest collection: this printed fit & flare, a slip dress in a stand out color, a chambray shirt with a front knot & an adorable cotton skirt for those warm summer months!

After attending our first Fashion Week, we are feeling so inspired and also so tired! This all-black look was inspired from our time in NYC. We saw a lot of all-black worn on the streets of New York and we really loved the simplicity of it. A monochromatic look is always chic whether it’s elegant or casual. And you can’t go wrong with black from head to toe!

Working a 9-6 office job requires getting creative on the wardrobe front. Yes, interviewing called for a skirt suit and a button-down shirt. But, there’s such a fine line between stylishly work appropriate, and going a little too far from what’s acceptable! We usually find ourselves rushing from work to happy hour, dinner, or an event, which leaves no time for an outfit change. In order to be office appropriate, but also be able to head straight to an event after work, we’ve found these things to be our biggest lifesavers: 1) non-tailored dress pants 2) a cute top that can be worn under a blazer at the office & without afterwards, 3) a large tote bag to carry all the freshening up necessities & strappy shoes. What tricks do you have to go from the office to a social event?
