A white eyelet romper is a great summer staple. This romper has been worn while riding along with the husband during a golf outing, to dinner last weekend, and for a casual poolside get together. And, we are hardly into the warm summer months. In other words, get used to seeing this romper on repeat all summer! We also plan to style it with heels in a neutral shade, or wedges to dress it up a bit.

We hope everyone had a great, relaxing Memorial Day weekend! We spent ours attending a BBQ (had one rain out), furniture shopping, hitting Flywheel each morning and of course, dodging the rain all weekend. And, we are so excited that it’s a short work week!

In fact, this week gets even better. On Thursday evening, from 6-8 pm, we are hosting an event at Trina Turk Dallas to benefit the Rise School of Dallas. The Rise School is a non-profit organization that provides early childhood education to children with Down Syndrome, or other developmental disabilities. This Thursday only, Trina Turk is donating 20% of all purchases to The Rise School of Dallas. We hope you’ll join us to support a good cause and of course, enjoy a little shopping and champagne! We had the pleasure of hosting Trina Turk’s Shopping & Champagne event at our local Trina Turk Dallas boutique. Shopping & champagne are two of our favorite things–how better to spend a Saturday afternoon? The girls at Trina Turk Dallas always know how to throw a party, and this was no exception. There was plenty of bubbly and pretty little sweets, and of course loads of great items from Trina’s Summer Two Collection. Keep your eyes on the blog for this adorable romper, this versatile shirt , Stia’s top and shorts, and Jean’s great slip dress! The only problem we had was trying to narrow down our choices to a few. Luckily we had quite a few of our readers there to shop with, so we could channel some of our shopping energy in that direction!

If you are in town on May 28, Trina Turk is hosting a benefit for The Rise School of Dallas. 20% of all proceeds will go to The Rise School. We will be there to shop right along with you, and there will be bubbly involved, of course! Shopping, champagne and giving back to our community? It really doesn’t get any better than that!

Happy Monday! We are so excited to be hosting another event at the beautiful Trina Turk boutique in Dallas this Saturday, May 9th! Shopping & Champagne is an event showcasing Trina’s newest arrivals, while drinking champagne and shopping. What could be better than that?! Oh…we know something…20% off the entire store all day Saturday!
