As a general rule we don’t make New Year’s resolutions, but following all the eating & drinking that comes along with the holidays, heading to the gym is a given.  It’s actually an absolute necessity!  Sometimes it’s hard to make ourselves get out the door to workout, but having some new cute workout clothes helps motivate us.  A new colorful sports bra, comfy yoga pants, or a cute Lululemon jacket inspire us to get out and get going!
