Only 10 shopping days left before Christmas… can you believe it?! For those of you who are last-minute shoppers (we still have a few things left to buy!), we rounded up a few last minute Christmas gift ideas for kids today! We love that Nordstrom still has free delivery by Christmas Eve and if you have a Nordstrom close-by, you can buy online and pick-up in store – one of our favorite perks! Toys

Did you know that Nordstrom has a great toy shop? They carry so many of our favorite Melissa & Doug toys and books that my boys love to read. William is super into trucks (like most boys), so this truck/tractor set is great gift idea for little boys!

Clothes

It may not be as exciting for older toddlers, but for babies it’s a great gift idea. We love all the onesies for babies and Mini Boden has the cutest clothes for toddlers!

Slippers

William has these little bear slippers and he has to put them on when we wake up before heading downstairs for breakfast. I think they are just adorable and the pink bunnies for girls are so cute, too!

Blankets

Blankets make such a sweet gift for babies. Both William and Henry have these in the blanket size and security blanket. I’ve made the mistake of leaving them at home before and won’t make that mistake again William has to have both to sleep! PS: Did you know you can get them monogrammed in-store at Nordstrom? Such a perfect gift for babies or moms-to-be.

Jellycat Stuffed Animals

Another must-have for any baby – Jellycat stuffed animals! They are so soft – William has the elephant and Henry has the bunny. Jellycat also makes a really big bunny that is adorable!

Hunter Boots

Is there anything cuter than a toddler in rain boots? We love the classic look of the Hunter boots and when William isn’t wearing them, they have a spot on his book shelves. Henry doesn’t have a pair, so I’m thinking Santa should bring him a pair of red or green for under the Christmas tree!

holiday tablescape with frontgate

Decorating for the holidays is one of our favorite things about this time of year. So when Frontgate asked us if we would like to work on a project finding a unique way to style ornaments, we couldn’t wait! As soon as we saw the beautiful French Blue and Linen ornament collection, we knew they were perfect for our Holiday brunch tablescape. We used the ornaments to fill Jean’s vintage cut crystal punch bowl and made that the centerpiece of our brunch table. The French Blue and White ornaments are so elegant and the color scheme fits right into Jean’s existing decor, making it so easy to put this together! Just learning that blue, white and gold are the colors of Advent, make this color scheme even better for our Holiday table. We added antique crystal champagne glasses, classic blue and white plates and gold flatware. Some mercury glass votives and little Christmas trees rounded out our tablescape, and the finishing touch was an ornament at each place to hold a place card. An extra plus; we love that this Holiday tablescape can be used be all season without having to replenish with fresh flowers every week! A family brunch was our first event using this tablescape and we loved the way it turned out.
